| Our Guarantee-We guarantee live arrival and our leopard geckos will arrive in perfect health,with no signs of any diseases. If in any case the animal is DOA,you must contact our facility within 24 hours and email us a photograph of the deceased animal. We do not give any refunds,but we do give credit to any animal of equal value. We will only guarantee an animal for 72 hours do to poor husbandry. We will not guarantee live arrivals over 90 degrees or below 40 degrees. Shipping costs are non refundable. Ordering-We must receive full payment in advance before we will ship. We will contact you before shipping,to set a date for delivery and confirm your order. We ship Fed ex overnight guaranteed to your door by 10:30am or 12:00pm in some locations. There must be someone present at the location to sign for the animal,or your shipment will be cancelled and set to a future date. Payment-We accept Pay pal,money orders and checks, You do not have to have a Pay pal account to use your credit card. You can contact us by phone if you would like to purchase multiple leopard geckos or if you have any questions. We give great discounts. Shipping costs are Calculated Using SYR (Ship your reptiles )and all geckos are shipped through Fed ex and I will need your zip code to check shipping costs.
